Beth Dennehy......
Beth Dennehy's passion of working with dogs began when she got her first Bernese Mountain Dog in 2001. Over the years, training for competition in Obedience, Rally, Herding, Tracking, Draft and Conformation opened up new adventures. A graduate of Dog's Own Grooming School in Loveland, CO Beth achieved the Certified Professional Pet Groomer Advanced training and has been grooming dogs in Colorado since 2008. Owned by Bernese Mountain Dogs since 2001, she has found high levels of success in the competitive AKC show and performance rings with multiple award winning dogs. These experiences greatly help in handling dogs and grooming techniques. Beth lives with human companion Will and BMD's Wellington and Cecil.

Wellington is an AKC Silver level Grand Champion, has multiple Working Group placements, earned many obedience titles, been successfully tested for herding (on goats) and has 24 Draft titles (pulling carts). At 9 1/4 years old he became the 37th Bernese Mountain Dog in the world to earn the title "Grand Master Draft Dog"! Wellington earned the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America Versatility Dog Award in 2011 and has been awarded multiple 1st place "Versatility Dog" at the National Show. Wellington finished 2016 ranked #16 Bernese Mountain Dog in the the United States by the AKC. Now retired, he is #1 in our home!

Cecil is doing well in his AKC show career, learning the ropes to compete with the AKC nationally ranked dogs. Cecil is a Versatility Dog like his housemate Wellington-meaning he is great in the show ring but also works. He trains for Obedience & performance events. Like Wellington, Cecil has earned the "Grand Master Draft Dog" designation (#50 in the world) accomplishing this in only one year, perhaps a record for this elusive award. Cecil has been hired by Subaru & others to pull his cart at special events. He is a true working dog, a happy energetic guy. Stay tuned for his adventures!
Beth Dennehy is insured and licensed by the State of Colorado, Department of Agriculture Pet Animal Care Facilities Act. A graduate of Dogs Own Grooming School 600 hour Professional Grooming Course (Colorado Dept of Higher Education approved and regulated) . Beth is also a member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America (NDGAA) and is certified in Animal CPR by the American Red Cross.
