Client Policies

Punctuality and Cancellation:

Because we are holding your appointment slot for you, a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged in full for the appointment, if we so choose. There will be a $15 late fee added to any appointment showing up more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time and a $1 per minute fee thereafter. If you are later than 15 minutes, we may not be able to groom your dog that day, and it will be considered a missed appointment. 

Medical Issues:

Please let us know if your pet has any medical issues including heart conditions, collapsing trachea, epilepsy, food allergies, blindness, deafness, tumors, skin issues, etc. Also let us know about any sickness that could put other dogs at risk. If your dog is not feeling well or acting differently than normal. Please reschedule for another appointment.


Your pet must be up to date on vaccinations.

Matted Dogs:

If your pet comes in with a level of matting that we are not able to brush through there may be an added fee from $10-$50 extra, depending on size and severity of the matting. 

Aggressive Dogs:

Please let us know if your dog is aggressive towards other animals or humans. Let us know if this is an issue only during grooming, or other times as well. If we have not been told that a dog is aggressive and he bites someone or another dog, you will be fully responsible for the vet/medical bills. We reserve the right to stop the grooming immediately or charge $20 - $60 extra for the grooming. 

Bugs and parasites:

In the event that we find lice, fleas or any other oarasites on your pet, we will stop the grooming immediately. 


We always do our best to provide a safe environment for our animals. If something occurs, we will inform you immediately. If you feel your pet was injured in our care, please call us to let us know within 48 hours. It is not possible to investigate a claim after a 48 hour period.
